Meaningful Work From Day One
To deliver the key performance indicators (i.e. listings, distribution, sales volume, gross profit) for the B-F brands with dedicated Key accounts in Czechia.
What You Can Expect?
Development and execution of Key account business strategy and ensuring maximum synergy of all the B-F brands
Works proactively on growth opportunity analysis for respective channel/customer group
Ensures competitive/targeted listings and distribution at assigned customer base in line with BF Czechia Country plan and strategy
Develops and executes promotional activities aligned to brand plans and delivers maximum return on investment.
Annual negotiation of trade terms (pay for performance) and ‘win-win’ agreements with dedicated Key Accounts
Manages all financial criteria related to KA’s business, providing accurate forecasting in financial and volume budgeting (P&L and KAMs), including reporting
Develops strong business relationships with each account
Maximize B-F brands share of voice within account portfolio
Provides regular reports on customer’s performance and conducts business reviews with the key accounts
Collaborate while executing all Off-Trade activities with the merchandising agency, field team and Regional Sales Force managers. Strong interface between KAM´s, Sales Force Off trade, Marketing and Trade Marketing.
Communicates proactively competitor activities as well as customer feedback on products, SKU´s and promotional activities
Know-how and best practice exchange with Field Sales Force, Marketing and Trade Marketing
What You Bring to the Table?
College/University degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar
Years of experience within Sales or purchasing environment and in customer direct communication and management
Some experience with E-commerce customers
Preferably FMCG experience
Fluent in Czech and English - to be able negotiate
