Meaningful work from Day One
The Key Account Executive - On Premise is an integral sales and partnership building role within the NSW Brown-Forman Australia (B-FA). You will be responsible for collaborating and enhancing our largest On Trade commercial partnerships whilst having a sound understanding of Brown-Forman and the customers strategy. You will have strong commercial acumen, passion for our industry and ability to influence and grow partnerships internally and externally.

Growing and Building Partnerships
Ability to build in-depth understanding of customers and their business (their goals, performance and metrics for success)
Formulates long term business and commercial strategies to deliver objectives for B-FA, Partnerships and Key customers.
Leverages performance history, competitor analysis, insights to assist customer decision making and develops longer term account plans
Presenting compelling business reviews with key customers and B-FA departments.
Seek new key business with a passion to grow our footprint in the On Premise landscape with NSW
Grow Revenue within a Premium Territory
Maximise and drive profit growth of a territory by managing costs and assets effectively and efficiently
Strong negotiation skills with a mindset to drive value to both the customer and Brown-Forman Australia
Effectively uses a mix of products and trade spend to drive profitable outcomes for the customer and the business
Presentation build and fluency in presenting commercial scenarios whilst evaluating and conducting reviews to drive future activity and decisions.
Influence Internal and External Partnerships
Develop strong and meaningful partnerships inside and outside of the business
To work autonomously and still have a collaborative team approach contributing to the enthusiasm and positive interactions with colleagues.
Communicate in a fluid and compelling way to strengthen partnerships
Spend time in the trade outside of traditional business hours and undertake travel as required
Collaborate with internal partners to ensure emerging trends, consumer behaviours and competitor activity are well understood
Partner with other internal functions to continually improve On Premise go to market capability by enhancing systems, process and brand programs linked to core brand strategies and activations
Product and Industry Knowledge
Maintain a high level of B-FA brand portfolio and technical drinks knowledge
Deliver external brand training sessions where required
Understand and recommend new concepts or category trends to the customer
Understand basic drink making processes and skills
Planning and Administration
Evaluate business and account plans within set timings
Efficiently and effectively manage time to deliver objectives and business goals
Effective use and knowledge of CRM and Business resources
Analyse data - extract commercial and consumer insights to develop new strategies
Review sales reports to highlight areas of opportunity and concern
Possesses a strong level On Premise liquor industry knowledge (min 5 years of relevant experiences)
Experienced presenting to small and large groups
Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously
Entrepreneurial mindset - Be Curious and Be Creative
Experience in key account management
Strong Commercial and negotiation skills
People leadership capability is highly desirable
