Brown-Forman Channel Manager - Key Account in Taipei City, Taiwan

Meaningful Work From Day One

As a Key Account Manager, he/she will have the accountability to drive sales strategy for national key accounts and implement best in class 5P execution to ensure delivery of Brown-Forman Taiwan's objectives. The role will be a managerial role along with future business/organization expansion and reporting to Head of Sales Taiwan.

What You Can Expect

  • Sales Plan development - Responsible for annual sales plan development, including promotion/ trade plan and lead customer join business planning to ensure our success in customers

  • Business Planning - Provide accurate forecast timely to internal stakeholders

  • Account Management - Manage customer relationship and responsible for contract and trade term negotiation

  • Executional Excellence - Lead and work with field sales to deliver best in class in-store presence

  • Business insight - Develop deep insights and actionable recommendations into new opportunities and strategies

What Exactly Are We Looking For?

  • Minimum 5 years solid sales or key account management experience in FMCG

  • Demonstrate leadership capabilities

  • Experience of working with Hyper/Super/CVS customers with proven records of success.

  • Proven track record in delivery of commercial strategy and sales growth initiatives

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to develop strategies, tactics and measurable implementation

  • Ability to influence and engage key stakeholders in customer organizations

  • Good numerical ability and understanding of financial measures

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal in English
